We will send you artwork for approval within 72 hours of purchase. When it is accepted, we will send you the package immediately.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
All products sold on 4PawsLover are final sale. The purchase may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. In addition, 4 Paws Lover accepts returns or exchanges only if the product has been damaged in transit. Please first contact us to process your refund. Once your return is recieved and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieved your returned item. Then we will either refund the money or resend the new item.
If 7 days have gone since you recevied the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
4PawsLover offers a full refund if the order is not delivered to the recipient. It will be counted from the date the parcel leaves the warehouse.
